ACCESS TO CLASS LISTS
AND GRADES:
A faculty member must choose a Term
and a CRN (Course Reference Number) to access the Class Lists, Mid Term Grades and Final Grades
options. A faculty member may choose only the CRN's for which he/she
is an instructor. The pull-down list consists of any courses the
faculty member is teaching for the term. Both primary and
non-primary instructors with instructional assignments have access to
the Class Lists; however, only the primary faculty member can access the
Mid Term Grades and Final Grades.
CLASS LISTS:
The Detail Class List
page displays a listing of,
and summary information about, students in the faculty member's course for
a particular CRN. Additional student information can be found by
clicking on the student's ID number. Print the Detail Class List page for an
up-to-date class list.
The Summary Class
List provides similar information to the Detail Class List but
includes a student's ID. Look at both class lists to see which one
is most helpful. Print the Summary Class List
in landscape mode to fit the information more easily on a page.
The Basic
Class Roster contains
only names and ID numbers for students. Print the Basic
Class Roster for a
basic up-to-date class list.
MID TERM GRADES AND
FINAL GRADES:
Instructions for
submitting Mid Term Grades and Final Grades are found inside myMU/MILO Web
for Faculty. Log in to myMU for access.
STUDENT MENU AND
ADVISOR MENU:
A faculty member may also access student
information from the Student
Menu and the
Advisor Menu. The faculty
member can select a student from a pull-down list or enter a student's ID
directly. On the Student ID Selection Page, the pull-down list of
students consists of any student who is registered for at least one of the
courses the faculty member is assigned to for the term selected. A
faculty member can view information on a student not in his/her class by
directly entering the ID number on the ID Selection Page.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The Personal Information option on the
Faculty and Advisors Main Menu allows a faculty member to view and update
his/her own personal information on the Web. Change your PIN here.
