Course
Description: Introductory principles within human-machine
relationships; examining the biological, physiological and psychological
factors which contribute to accident causation.
Objectives: The course will provide a basic understanding of ergonomic
principles that could be used to evaluate, redesign, and enhance safe
performance at a workplace. Students
will be able to learn & utilize various methodologies to evaluate the
design of the human-machine interface.
Be able to prevent conditions that could lead to unsafe workplace.
