Course Description:         

The course provides an orientation and overview of the degree program.  It includes reviews    of mathematical and statistical methods, literature research techniques, writing and computer skills, fundamental economics and finance, and oral communication skills.

 

Prequisites:  None.

 

Course Objectives:

1.         To orient students to the Technology Management Program.

2.                  To introduce Technology Management through case discussion and oral presentations.

3.                  To review fundamental mathematical and statistical methods, library research techniques, writing and computer skills, fundamental economics and finance, and communication skills.

 

Course Conduct & Evaluation: This course will be taught in a lecture and seminar format, including guided discussions, case studies, individual assignments.

Numerical and letter grades correspond    as follows: 100 £ A £ 90 < B £ 80 <C £ 70 < F
