Are you a writer or visual artist? Would you like to see your work in print? Et Cetera is an annual literary magazine that has published the artistic and creative talent at Marshall University since 1953.

Et Cetera is now accepting submissions for the 2010-2011 issue. We're looking for creative work in any genre: poetry, short story, personal essay, lyric essay, one-act play, graphic fiction or nonfiction, book reviews, film reviews, interviews with writers and artists, and visual art.

Et Cetera is free to the Marshall University community.  This website serves as a companion to our print magazine.

GUIDELINES: Poems should appear either single- or double-spaced on one side of the page and individually typed. Prose should be double-spaced and no more than 10 pages in length. Text should be in Calibri or Times New Roman 12 pt. font. Margins should be flushed left instead of justified. Please prepare text files in Word (.doc), (.docx) or rich-text format (.rtf) file. Mac users, please be sure you save your file so the filename includes the ".rtf" file extension.

Visual artists, please attach image files as .jpg or .gif files.
