IMPORTANT NOTICE

 TO ALL MARSHALL UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES

Several employees will leave Marshall University and the Huntington area in May due to graduation and resignations.  The timely delivery of 2009 W-2 forms and final 2009 paychecks depends on correct forwarding addresses. 

When an employee changes his/her address online, the state payroll system that generates W-2s and paychecks does not get the information.  An employee who is moving should give the Payroll Office his/her new mailing address.  All changes should be made on the Name/Social Security Number/Address Change Form.  This form is available in the Payroll Office or the Human Resource Services’ website at:
