Buck Harless Student Athlete Program
The Buck Harless Student-Athlete Program (BHSAP) was created to help all Marshall student-athletes balance their academic and athletic demands. The BHSAP assists student-athletes through daily services, individualized guidance and current curriculum information in achieving their goals. The BHSAP also focuses on promoting equal opportunities for all student-athletes regardless of gender, race, national origin, ethnicity, grant-in-aid status or sport.
Career Services
Marshall University Career Services offers its services for free to students and alumni.

Its mission is to be proactive and prepare students for employment opportunities as well as facilitate the connection with employers through employee partnerships and relationship building.
Computing Services
Computing Services provides back-end infrastructure, architecture, and support for various IT services. Students can contact the IT Service desk for help with technological problems on campus.
Disability Services
Marshall University is committed to making all programs, services and activities fully accessible to students with disabilities. The purpose of the Office of Disability Services Program is to provide the educational and physical accessibility support necessary for students to achieve their academic goals, and to promote as much independence as possible on the part of the students with disabilities.
Libraries
The Marshall University Libraries support the teaching, research, and public service commitments of the University. To fulfill this responsibility, the Libraries acquire, organize, maintain, and preserve materials in all appropriate formats.

Student Financial Assistance
Financial assistance in the form of scholarships, grants, loans and work-study is available to full- and part-time students who qualify. The Office of Student Financial Assistance awards approximately $144 million of financial aid to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. When affordability meets quality, the result is value.
Tutoring Services
The University College Tutoring Center provides a valuable service to the student population of Marshall University, and we are pleased to offer it. We provide a safe, comfortable environment for students.
Writing Center
The Marshall University Writing Center is staffed with graduate and undergraduate students ready to help you at any stage of the writing process. Tutors can be consulted on any writing assignment from any discipline.
