Upcoming Events August Car Wash/Hot Dog Sale: Due to vacation schedules, there will not be enough members available to hold the car wash/hot dog sale. Heat in the Hills (Chilifest): The Chilifest will be on August 29, 2009, at 3 p.m., at Lincoln Primary Care Center. Kevin will check with Brian Criss to determine what we need to do for the Chilifest Away Football Game Bus Trips: We will not be having any bus trips this year to the football games. For those interested in taking a trip to the VA Tech game, ISP is organizing a bus trip to that game. Fall Bingo: We would like to have the Thunder Bingo on November 13, 2009. Justin will check with Donna Martin on the availability of the high school for that date. We need to confirm that we must purchase a bingo license. We believe that we may have to have the date before applying for the license and we must apply for the license 60 days in advance. Tailgate: The first tailgate for the fall will be on September 5, 2009. Next Meeting: Thursday, September 3, 2009, 7 p.m., Goddard’s
