Criteria for Consideration

Applicants must have a minimum high school cumulative grade point average of 3.0 and an ACT Composite score of 23 (or SAT equivalent). An ACT score of 21-22 will be considered if a record of exemplary leadership and service experiences during high school can be demonstrated.

The Alumni Legacy Tuition Reduction may not be combined with other general academic scholarships awarded by Marshall University. You will receive the greater amount of this reduction or any others awarded by the Office of Student Financial Assistance.
