Marshall University Alumni Association

Tish Littlehales, a native of South Charleston and a 1983 Marshall graduate, has been named Marshall’s director of alumni relations. She replaces Lance West, vice president for alumni development and alumni director at Marshall University for the past 4 ½ years, who is now vice president for major gifts at MU.

Littlehales comes to Marshall from Guyan Golf and Country Club, where she was membership and marketing director for nearly three years. She coordinated the gala at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena for the We Are Marshall premiere.

“I am looking forward to furthering the goals of the Alumni Association of Marshall University," Littlehales said. "Our Alumni team looks to the future with a positive and determined attitude.

"Our team goal is to provide our alumni and current students with programs and services that will further the mission of Marshall University," she added. "By continuing to improve communication and collaborating with all departments within the university, we hope to build lasting and meaningful relationships with our students, staff and most importantly alumni."

Littlehales' experience in sales and marketing will bring a renewed focus to the Alumni Association. In addition to Guyan, she also has work experience with Radisson Hotels and United Airlines.

"With the dedicated staff at the Alumni Center, we look forward to the challenges and opportunities that we face every day as we move forward,” Littlehales said.
