    1.  The second day of the January 10-11, 2002 Teacher Partner meeting was cancelled due to the fact that the SCASS package has not been completed and the HOV training is scheduled for the end of January.  I have spoken to Karen Nicholson about rescheduling the Worldcom Marcopolo training.   Gave each Teacher Partner their copy of Using Data/Getting Results.

    2.  TP logs should be kept up-to-date and changed from un-invoiced to invoiced by the middle of the month following the invoice period.  Procedures and other information can be found in Teacher Partner Log User Manual, which is online.  Be sure to include the names of ARSI District participants only for accurate count.

    3.  Danny and I will be at Logan Elementary on January 24, 2002 for the PIR.  What time does school start?  Has Ron contacted you?

    4.  What do you want to do about the March TP meeting?  According to your responses to my email, no one has a room.  Nancy is attending; Susan will be there with Project MERIT.  Who else plans to attend?  I would like to meet at least for one day to follow-up on work with Mike and Karen from the December 10-11th meeting.  Have any of you worked more with your core data?  Examples:  have you developed a graphic representation of changes as compared with time, other schools within the  district, or with similar schools?

    5.  February 12-13th, Learning Village Program, Topic:  Teacher Homepages, with Donna Landin and Karen Lucas--Invite other teachers to come--develop a list--would like to have at least 24 participants.

    6.  TP meeting on April 17, 2002 will be regarding GPS with Karen Davis.  Please invite other teachers from your districts.  I will try to purchase a GPS for the Teacher Partners.

    7.  The Teacher Partner meeting on May 9-10th will be with ATEC.  Topics:  Inspiration and Microsoft Access.

    8.  Project ACCLAIM Update.

    9.  Format to utilize Using Data/Getting Results.

  10.  Tracking the effects of PD on your activities:  I need stories of accomplishments from the field to reflect ARSI's influence.

  11.  Follow the invoice schedule in the contract.  If you have ARSI PD monies remaining, please utilize in a timely manner.

  12.  Completion of the core data report for Logan Co. (2000-2001) to ARSI?

  13.  We need to set a year-end meeting date for planning!
