WHO IS INVITED?
Teams of teachers and administrators from ARSI counties in West Virginia
who are interested in developing a county-specific curriculum that addresses:
Science and mathematics
content standards
WV Instructional
Goals and Objectives
Instruction that
supports those objectives
Resources available
to support the instruction
Assessment to determine
level of understanding
WHAT SHOULD PARTICIPANTS BRING?
WV IGOs, Curriculum materials currently in use (e.g. textbooks, resource books),
sample assessments and district planning guides.

From I64 Eastbound: Use Exit 54 (MacCorkle Avenue). turn
right at the end of the ramp and make another right at the first light
onto Jefferson Road (at Bob Evan's restaurant). Follow Jefferson
Road to Kanawha Turnpike (immediately past the railroad crossing) and turn
left. Follow Grad College signs on Kanawha Turnpike to Angus E. Payton
Drive and turn right.
From I64 Westbound: Use Exit 54 (MacCorkle Avenue). Turn
left at the end of the ramp (toward Spring Hill) and make another left
at the first light onto Jefferson Road (at Bob Evan's restaurant).
Follow Jefferson Road to Kanawha Turnpike (immediately past the railroad

to Angus E. Payton Drive and turn right.
