Secondary Seminar- December 1997

The Secondary Seminar focused on using and writing good inquiry-based mathematics lessons that engage students to think more. Allison Lide was the presenter for this two-day workshop.

Carrie Biggs and Katrina Smith from Pike County, Ohio try to figure out the "Draw a figure by directions" activity.

 

Allison helps Greg Miller from Mingo County, West Virginia, write an inquiry-based lesson.

 

Tara Woods from Meigs County, Ohio and David Adkins from Lincoln County, West Virginia types up their new inquiry math lesson plans.

 

Ronnie Roush and Melissa Winn from Adams County, Ohio work on typing their new lessons too.
