What do you do if you have a problem or get an error?
Check the message in the AutoHint bar at the bottom of the form:
This should assist you in determining the problem. In the above example, a particular field could not be updated from this form. If you need additional help, use the Help Pull Down Menu, click on Display Error to view an error.
You will receive an error message such as the one below:
If you cannot determine what the error is and what caused it to occur, call the Help Desk at 696-3200, (select option 3) and report the following information:
The error messages that you received
The form or process you were using and what you were trying to do at the time the error occurred
