This site has been designed to provide information to the Marshall University community concerning the conversion to and use of the new MUID#.
Effective June 1, 2004, Marshall University will no longer use Social
Security Numbers as a primary way to identify our constituents; instead, a
unique identifier called the MUID# will be assigned to all MU constituents. The
MUID# will be used across all systems, applications, and many business processes
throughout the lifetime of an individuals association with the Institution. This
change is in accordance with Dr. Angel's directive
that was recently announced to the public. |
