Welcome to the home page of Marshall University's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).  The underlying database product is SCT Corporation's Banner HR™.  The HRIS improves the University's ability to support its human resource, payroll budget, and payroll functions in an efficient manner.  The HRIS is adaptable, accommodating Marshall's unique policies and procedures and helping the University to serve and support its most important resource - people.  The purpose of this web site is to provide information to assist clients to understand and use the HRIS to advance their unit's mission.  The HRIS is supported by Human Resource Services, the Budget Office, and the Payroll Office.  Content may appear here or on the web site of Human Resource Services.
