What did you enjoy about Beta Alpha Psi? I really enjoyed the fellowship with other business students. It is motivating to interact with the driven and career-oriented students in Beta Alpha Psi. They pushed me to try harder and encouraged me when the time came to interview for internships and full-time positions. Surround yourself with the best and brightest students and some of that energy is bound to rub off on you!
How has your involvement in Beta Alpha Psi helped you in your career? My involvement in Beta Alpha Psi absolutely helped to jump start my career. BAP gave me the opportunity to meet many accounting professionals as a Junior in college. I feel that really gave me a leg up when I started interviewing. My affiliation with BAP continues to be helpful even two years after graduation. The accounting community is closely intertwined and I often run into the contacts I made back as a college student BAP. For accounting students at Marshall, BAP is hands-down the best way to advance your career.
