Grant writing workshop for BMS Graduate Students @ BBSC 334 - Lunch provided
May 2 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Hi everyone, just a reminder that this Friday at noon, Dr. Niles and Dr. Rankin will be holding a grant writing workshop in the 3rd floor conference room.Personally, I’ve found this to be helpful with writing the Ruth Kirchstein grant required for the oral portion of the Ph.D. comprehensive exams. Dr. Niles and Dr. Rankin have some pretty helpful tips, not only for this grant, but just grant writing in general. I would definitely recommend the second year students to attend. While it may not seem like it’s necessary for first year students to attend, I’d recommend going just to get an idea about what to expect later. Trust me, every little bit helps with this.

Ben Owen

NOTE: Dean Shapiro will be attending the first part of the workshop. Please make every effort to attend.
