Fall 2017 Due Dates

Please note: Failure to receive a billing statement will not be accepted as a reason for missing the payment deadline.

For students registering through Friday, August 11, 2017:

  • CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF FEES: FRIDAY, August 11, 2017
  • Students registering through Wednesday, August 3 will be mailed a billing statement
  • Failure to pay fees by the CANCELLATION DATE of August 11 specified on the statement will result in cancellation of class schedule

For students registering August 14 – 18, 2017:

  • CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF FEES: FRIDAY, August 18, 2017
  • Students will NOT be mailed a billing statement
  • Fee assessment may be obtained by logging into CA$Htrack
  • Failure to pay fees by the cancellation date of August 18 will result in cancellation of class schedule

For students registering August 21-25, 2017:

  • CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF FEES: FRIDAY, August 25, 2017
  • Students will NOT be mailed a billing statement
  • Fee assessment may be obtained by logging into CA$Htrack
  • Failure to pay fees by the cancellation date of August 25 will result in cancellation of class schedule

Credit card and personal check payment may also be made online through CA$Htrack. You must have your Student ID and PIN numbers available when paying online. Please contact our office at 304-696-6620 if you have any questions regarding your account
