About your counseling session....

• It should take about 15-20 minutes to complete the counseling session.

• During the course of the counseling session you will be asked questions pertaining to the information you have been given.  These questions must be answered correctly in order for you to progress through the session.

• After answering all of the questions correctly and completing your counseling session, print the Rights and Responsibilities Checklist.

• Review "Important Things You Should Know" attached to the Rights and Responsibilities Checklist.

• Complete the Rights and Responsibilities Checklist, print your name, fill in your social security number, sign and submit your checklist to the Office of the Bursar in Old Main Room B-19 or at the following address:
