To Obtain a Copy of Form 1098-T


Marshall University will mail the 2007 1098-T forms by January 31, 2008.  If you did not receive your copy or need an additional copy, simply complete the following steps.(please note that the 1098-T will contain ONLY transactions occurring from January 1 - December 31 in the given tax year):

1.    Click here to access the myMU login page.

2.    Log in with your student ID number and PIN number.  Unless changed by the student the PIN number is the student birthdate (MMDDYY).

3.    Click on "School Services"

4.    Click on "MILO'   

5.    Select "Student Services & Financial Aid"

6.    Select "Payment and Account Information"

7.    Select "Tax Notification"

8.    Enter 2007 as the Tax Year

You may then print the form from your web browser to assist you in your tax preparation.
