IMPORTANT NOTICE: Online course fees are assessed at a flat rate identified below.  This rate is assessed for ALL online courses and is separate from tuition assessed for any other courses you may be enrolled in.  If you are a full-time student taking traditional courses and add an online course, you will be charged the online course fees in addition to the tuition for your full-time traditional courses.   The online course fee is used solely to fund the online course delivery system.  No part of the online course fee is used to support student activity or athletic programs.  Online course credit hours do not count toward full-time status eligibility for student activities.

STUDENT ACTIVITIES FOR PART-TIME STUDENTS

In conjunction with the below student activity providers, the Office of the Bursar is providing the following information regarding student activity availability to part-time students.  For the purposes of this publication, a part-time student is defined as the following:

• Any undergraduate student enrolled in less than 12 credit hours
• Any graduate student enrolled in less than 9 credit hours
• Any student enrolled in online courses as part of the 12 or 9 credit hours mentioned above
• Any student enrolled in courses not held on the Huntington Campus as part of the 12 or 9 credit hours mentioned above

ATHLETIC TICKETS            For part-time students, athletic tickets are available at a cost of $17.00.

ARTIST SERIES                    Artist Series production tickets are available to part-time students at half-price.

HEALTH SERVICES

            Undergraduate students:      Enrolled in 6-12 hours receive free services
                                                    Enrolled in 1-5 hours receive services at a cost of $20.00

            Graduate Students:           Enrolled in 6-9 hours receive free services
                                                    Enrolled in 1-5 hours receive services at a cost of $20.00

The student identification card readers display the following enrollment status, upon presentation of the identification card:
