Tuition & Fee Due Dates

Please note: FAILURE TO RECEIVE A BILLING STATEMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A REASON FOR MISSING THE PAYMENT DEADLINE

Fall 2008
STUDENTS REGISTERING APRIL 14 – AUGUST 6: CANCELLATION DATE: AUGUST 15

Students registering through Wednesday, August 6 will be mailed a billing statement
Failure to pay fees by the DUE DATE specified on the statement will result in the assessment of an additional $25.00 late charge, applicable through the close of business on Friday, August 15
Failure to pay fees by the CANCELLATION DATE of August 15 specified on the statement will result in cancellation of class schedule

STUDENTS REGISTERING AUGUST 7 –15: CANCELLATION DATE: AUGUST 15

Students registering Thursday, August 7 – Friday, August 15 will not receive a billing statement
Fee assessment information may be obtained on-line at the Statement/Payment Center
Failure to pay fees by the close of business Friday, August 15 will result in the cancellation of your registration

Credit card and personal check payment may also be made online at the Statement/Payment Center. You must have your Student ID and PIN numbers available when paying online. Please contact our office at 304-696-6620 or 800-438-5389 if you have any questions regarding your account.

Students not paying tuition and fees by close of business on the due date(s) indicated below will have courses cancelled due to non-payment of fees.
