Replacement Policy for ID Cards

For your own security, as soon as you realize you do not have physical control of your card, it is essential you report the card lost!

Student OneCards

To report your OneCard lost or stolen, you may go online to your OneAccount, visit the Campus Card Office, or call customer service at 1-866-686-6399.  Your report allows Higher One to cancel the card and prevent fraud, theft, and abuse.  At the same time, we will issue you a replacement card.  The cost for a replacement OneCard is $20.00.

Faculty/Staff University ID Cards

University faculty/staff should report their card lost or stolen to the Campus Card Office either in person or by calling 304-696-6843.  Because the faculty/staff cards are not HigherOne cards (bank cards) the replacement cost is $10.00.
