As Marshall Alumni, you have the opportunity at Career Service to give back to the University and students in several ways. One way is to be a part of the Marshall Mentor Network.

STUDENT EMPLOYMENT

Another way you can lend a hand to our students is by using the employer side of JobTrax (link to the employer site) to post open positions for your company FREE. This is a free service to you and your company. It can save you advertising dollars and get great employees. Career Services staff members will help you to stay updated on employer events through Career Services at Marshall. We can set up events for your company to recruit our students during the year.

You can also come back to campus and talk with students in the class room setting, provide informational session about careers located at your company or talk about your own career path. This is an excellent way to brand your company on campus.

Students are motivated and get excited about former students who have successfully built a career and return to campus to tell the story. So take advantage of this great opportunity!

Marshall University Career Services and the Foundation are always looking for ways to enhance the programs at Marshall University through corporate sponsorships. Your company can help by sponsoring events or making directed donations to Career Services through the Marshall Foundation.
