JOBTRAX

MARSHALL JobTrax is an online database available to employers to post open positions to specifically reach Marshall students and alumni. Registration into JobTrax is FREE and every job you post to JobTrax is also FREE. We have over 2000 employers, both national and international, and over 7000 students/alumni registered to use JobTrax in their search for part-time, full-time and internship positions. Registration can be completed simply and quickly using the instructions below. Once you have submitted your registration, it will be reviewed by Career Services staff within 48 hours. You will then receive an email with your user name and password. At that point you are free to access your account and use JobTrax to post all your part-time, full-time and internship positions.

Directions for New Employer Account

1. Click on MARSHALL JOBTRAX button above.
2. Next, click on the link for Employers.
3. Click Register for a New Account or Register and post a Job (on the right hand side of the page).
4. Fill out all required fields.
5. Submit for approval by Career Services.
6. After approval, you will receive an e-mail with a password. Go to JobTrax (steps 1& 2 above) and log in with your email and new password. You can now navigate inside JobTrax.
