The Center for Teaching and Learning is in the process of developing a department-wide database system that will assist us in delivering dynamic and accurate content to users via the CTL website and the website for each of its Offices. Along with the public content, the CTL Administrative Panel has been developed to allow for staff maintenance of information, as well as providing a secure area for certified staff and faculty to log in and check certain information which is not on the public website.

This form has been developed to allow for staff and faculty to request access to the private side of this system. Specific access privileges will be decided upon by a case-by-case basis. It is important that you fully describe what access you are hoping to attain.
