Dr. Sikula joined Marshall University in 1999 as the Director of the Graduate School of Management, Associate Dean of the Lewis College of Business and Distinguished Professor of Management and Business Ethics. He is a former Business Dean and Professor of Management at California State University, Northridge; California State University, Chico and Chicago State University. Dr. Sikula is also a former Professor of Management at the University of Illinois, Chicago and at Murray State University. He received his B.A. degree in Economics from Hiram College and his M.B.A. and Ph. D. degrees from Michigan State University.
Dr. Sikula is an internationally known author, educator and researcher in the areas of Human Resource Management and Business Ethics. In addition, he is the Founder and Executive Director of the Marshall University Doctor of Management Practice in Nurse Anesthesia degree program.
A native of Akron, Ohio; Dr. Sikula is an identical twin. He is married to Judith Roe Sikula who works as a Budget Officer and Accounts Manager for the West Virginia Prevention Resource Center which is part of the Marshall University Graduate College. Dr. Sikula is the father of six children, the three youngest of which attended Marshall University. His children are Andrew Casey, Ana Celeste, Andrew Robert, Alissa Andrea, Andrew John Scott, and Andrew Arik.
