When are classes?

Classes are held during both the day and evening. Specific dates and times are listed on the registration page or from the mail sent to you confirming your payment.

How do I register?

Make sure to register for a class early so that you can make sure that you have a spot. Enrollment size is limited so it’s always a good idea to register now than later. You may use a credit/debit card on the registration page and if you have any issues accessing the page please email us ASAP. You can also come to our office in Jenkins Hall 227 on the Huntington campus if you are having any problems registering for a course and we will help you. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS OR MAILED REGISTRATIONS.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Once you have paid for a course, you will be emailed that your payment has gone through from either the director of the department, the program coordinator, or an electronic receipt. This will include your payment, the location of the course, dates, times, and the class description.

Pick Up/Drop Off/Check in Procedure

Classes meet in various locations across campus. For your convenience, those locations along with addresses are listed below. You may also print a campus maps from the link provided or you can find it on your own via a quick Google search. Descriptions and Individual class locations are posted on our website.

Parents are encouraged to stay with younger children if necessary. All youth and teen programs where participants are younger than 18, require a parent to fill out a medical release and contact form on the first meeting day of the session so please accompany your child to the classroom to fill it out. We also encourage that parents email the instructor and set up a spot for everyone to meet once the class is finished for quick and easy pickups.

Refund/Registration Policy

Refunds are given when a course is canceled by the Center for Continuing Education or if the department is contacted by the parent/student PRIOR to the course starting. Please note that once you have registered, we are unable to refund your payment. There are some circumstances that a refund may be issued, however it is at the full discretion of the Director of Continuing Education.


Parking during the summer should be an easy process. Street parking is metered during the day, but free in the evenings. There is a lot across from Smith Hall, where most courses are located. There is also a parking garage on 6th Ave. that charges .50 per hour to park in. It is recommended that you attain a visitor parking pass for the days of your course from the parking office located at:
