A group of students are starting a Rotaract Club at Marshall University. Joseph Overstreet, a freshman business major, has assembled a student leadership team and at least 15 members and they will hold their first meeting this Friday, Oct. 16 at 3pm in the Memorial Student Center, 2nd floor, Shawkey Room. The Center for International Programs will provide some refreshments. Rotaract is a university-based Rotary Club. There are more than 7000 Rotary clubs in over 163 countries.
