Marshall University is authorized to enroll international students on F-1 and J-1 visas. The Office of International Students and Scholars (ISAS) is the source of up-to-date information on the legal rights and responsibilities of international students and scholars.
ISAS provides the following immigration advising services to students, scholars and faculty:
- Up-to-date information regarding immigration and related regulations, including your F-1 or J-1 immigration status.
- Letters for certifying enrollment, inviting parents to visit, special forms required by your government or scholarship agency, etc.
- Certification of employment eligibility for on-campus employment.
- Assist departments with hiring faculty and staff on H-1B status.
