Abstract

 

The purpose of this paper is to determine what the administrative personnel of Marshall

University can do to implement e-business. This paper begins by defining e-business and its

uses in the business world as well as potential uses in higher education. The paper then describes what benefits can be realized by implementing e-business. The focus of the paper is then shifted to Marshall University and how it is currently using e-business. Finally, the potential obstacles

and possible strategies for further e-business implementation are discussed.
