Research interests:

Dr. Hajjar’s area of expertise is Embedded Systems, Discrete Event Systems, Smart Grids, Distributed Systems and Control Engineering; including modeling, analysis, supervisory control, and diagnosis of this class of dynamical systems. She is working on the diagnosis of DES in distributed systems. She has published several papers in software engineering and automatic control journals and conferences. She is also interested in the safe control of domestic applications and event triggered control of two scale systems.
