Kathleen Miezio to Join the Safety Technology Faculty

CITE's Safety Technology program will gain another faculty member when Kathleen Miezio joins the program on Jan. 2.

Dr. Miezio has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering - Human Systems Engineering, masters degrees in Industrial Engineering, and Health and Safety Education, all from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a B.S. in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

She most recently served as Director of the National Environmental Education and Training Center at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Dr. Miezio has taught previously at IUP, Illinois State University, and Indiana State University.

Dr. Miezio's office will be in Suite 212, Communications Building.
