Dr. Neal Lewis joins CITE

Dr. Neal Lewis is joining the CITE faculty as coordinator of the masters’ degree program in Technology Management. Dr. Lewis has a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri - Rolla. He also holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. Dr. Lewis has extensive industry experience with Proctor and Gamble Company and Bayer Corporation. He also has experience teaching graduate level courses to working professionals. He is an expert in high performance work systems and organization behavior. His research work has involved the valuation of R&D projects using real options analysis, decision trees, and Monte Carlo techniques.
