Faculty Senate Approves Engineering Program

The Faculty Senate unanimously approved a recommendation for a full four-year engineering program at Marshall University. Initially the program will offer a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering with an area of emphasis in Civil Engineering. Other areas of emphasis, such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, will be offered as the program evolves. The Huntington Herald-Dispatch has more information in their article.
