Advising Guide for Humanities
Classics Emphasis
College of Liberal Arts

Advising for Humanities majors may occur through committees, and students may select their advising committee as early as possible after becoming a major.  If students wish to use a committee of advisors, this committee needs to have at least two faculty members, one of which must be from Philosophy or Religious Studies.  Students may choose to take all their contracted courses in Classical Studies or discover a theme or idea which ties together courses from Classical Studies and other humanities, social sciences, or fine arts disciplines.
