PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Marshall University Early Education Outreach Program is a professional development resource designed to assist early childhood educators with individualized training and implementation of 21st Century learning strategies into their existing curricular framework.  The process of offering inquiry-based, technology-rich experiences for young children is a strong emphasis of the program.

The MUEEOP's philosophy is grounded in the belief that in order for professional development to be successful, sustained support must occur with instruction and mentoring.  Through this approach, professional development is viewed as a reflective, comprehensive process for early childhood educators and administrators.
