JUNIOR/SENIOR EVALUATIONS:
Students
are advised to request an evaluation of their
program requirements during their JUNIOR and SENIOR years to make sure they are on track.
The request forms can be obtained by visiting

COMPLETION REQUESTS: Upon graduation, students may
request a Letter of Completion. This letter will
serve as proof of graduation until you receive your
diploma(teaching certificate for teaching majors):
