Graduation  Application Deadlines:

DECEMBER 2008----- FRIDAY,  SEPTEMBER 19, 2008

STEPS FOR APPLYING FOR GRADUATION:

• Download and complete the Application for Graduation, Graduate Follow-up form and the Graduation Survey forms (all forms must be submitted for graduation)

• Completed forms must be submitted to Tammy Aliff in Jenkins Hall, Room 227 with a receipt indicating payment of the diploma fee by the graduation application deadline

• To submit the forms in person, pay the fee ($50) at the Bursar's Office and bring the forms and the receipt indicating payment to  Jenkins Hall, Room 227

• If you submit the forms by mail, you must pay the fee by phone. To pay by phone contact the Bursar's Office at (304)696-6620 and indicate that you need to pay your diploma fee. Once you have paid the fee, mail your application to the following address:  Tammy Aliff, Education Credential Specialist, Marshall University, College of Education & Human Services, One John Marshall Drive, Huntington, WV 25755. Please make sure you pay the fee before mailing  or your application will be returned to you.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK THE SCHEDULE OF COURSES FOR THE DEADLINE FOR APPLYING FOR GRADUATION
