Our Mission
The mission of the COEHS is to prepare exemplary educators and
human services professionals. This mission is accomplished through developing a culture that
embraces change, new ideas, and values innovation with continuous assessment that leads to
informed growth and development.

Our Vision
The College of Education and Human Services (COEHS) provides education
and services for a society that is open, complex, demanding, and evolving. This is accomplished in
an environment of understanding, change, relationship building, knowledge creation through research,
scholarship, and the preparation of professionals who serve others to improve the lives of all
individuals across their lifespan in a changing and complex global society.
Our Goals
