The School of Education is one of the larger departments on campus
with approximately 30 full time faculty and almost as many adjunct
faculty. The primary purpose of the School of Education is to
provide training for pre-service and in-service teachers from
preschool to post secondary. Most of the faculty have public
school experience and are active in a number of professional
organizations. Staying active and current in their respective
disciplines, the faculty strives for excellence in their students
