Approval of 3/24/04 GPC Minutes: P. Toth made a motion to approve the March 24, 2004, minutes (L. Boyles second); motion passed

New Business

! EdS Proposal

B Some issues had arose (C. Johnson, T. Williams, L. Deutsch)

-- R. Childress had spoken to T. Williams and C. Johnson plus had received an email from C. Johnson; C. Johnson made the suggestion to add EDF 618 Multilevel Analysis and Growth Models to use to update content

B. Barnett made a motion to table the proposal (S. Maynard second); P. Toth objects to tabling the proposal; issue was voted; tabling was defeated

A motion was made to approve the proposal pending the resolution of the issues/concerns; item will be postponed until the April 28 meeting via polycom at 11:45 a.m.

! Social Services and Attendance Graduate Certificate Program

-- R. Childress provided background information; item postponed for next scheduled meeting on April 28.

! Course Addition

L. Boyles provides background information; B. Barnett made a motion to approve SPSY 674 pending bibliography (Sullivan second); motion passed

! Course Changes

M. Sullivan made a motion to approve the increase in credit hours from 2 credit hours to 3 credit hours (L. Boyles second); motion passed
