Overview

The College of Education and Professional Development and the School Counseling Emphasis area are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and the West Virginia State Department of Education.

Both the Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling emphasis areas have been accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).
