Download forms. Some browsers will ask if you want to open or save the form. Selecting open will open the file immediately. You can complete the form and then use the "save as" function in Word to save it to your pc. You can also select "Save" which will save the form to the folder you select on your pc before you open it. You may want to save the forms to your desktop the first time then create a folder on your PC or on another storage device for the forms you are using. Some forms are in Word. You will need Word 97 or later. Just fill in the gray boxes and tab between sections. When printed the gray should not show. Don't worry about running out of room - the gray spaces will make room for the text. You may see some differences between these forms and the ones in your syllabus. However, the content is the same.
