Jenny majored in History and French and graduated from Marshall,  magna cum laude, 1994. She earned an M.A. in History in 1996. She continued her education at the University of Michigan Law School where she earned the J.D. in 1999, cum laude. She served as Associate Editor and Executive Editor of the Michigan Law Review and held a Clerkship with the Honorable Alan H. Nevas of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

She is currently a Member of the New York Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut .

She is a litigation associate with Dechert LLP, and concentrates her practice on white collar and securities litigation matters.
