Included in the activities COPC will undertake are:

• Establishment of a volunteer skills clearinghouse to match volunteers to areas of specific need;
• Development of a comprehensive plan for the redevelopment of the upper stories in the Central Business District;
• Identification of barriers to business development and expansion;
• Evaluation of current community policing efforts, recommending changes, where necessary; and
• Training of community leaders.
