Pam Holland

Pam Holland is an Assistant Professor and Clinic Director in the Department of Communication Disorders.  Her area of interest within the field includes providing specialized speech, language and swallowing services to children and families in the West Virginia Birth to Three Program.  Professor Holland is the recipient of the Pickens-Queen Teaching Award and integrates Service Learning pedagogies in her Introduction to Communication Disorders course in order to facilitate active student learning and passion for the field early in students’ academic career.  Her current research focus is related to Service Learning within the field of Communication Disorders.
