Awarded to a graduating senior from any Cabell County Public High School who is registered as a full-time, undergraduate Marshall University student majoring in science, mathematics, or engineering; or in education in any of these fields. The student(s) shall serve in the capacity of undergraduate research assistance to an eminent professor in Biotechnology, or its successor. This award is to be used as a stipend to support the student(s) during the summer internship. It is not renewable and shall be granted to a new student(s) each year. Tom and Sally McNeill Lemke Scholarship. Recipient shall have a high school GPA of 3.5 or better. First preference shall be given to students from Hardy County, WV and Schuylkill County, PA (or successor school systems). Second preference shall be given to students from Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral, or Morgan county WV.
