I am a Professor
of Criminal Justice and the Department Chair. I
also serve as a part-time Assistant Prosecuting
Attorney for Cabell County, West Virginia.

Procedures for Forensic Scientists and

I am currently completing a research project
regarding the use and availability of firearms
in domestic violence incidents in West Virginia.
I have completed research projects in domestic
violence, law enforcement response to domestic
violence, child abuse and neglect, and sexual
assault.
