Application Information

PTA Applications Are:

Available from the PTA office in Cabell Hall Room #210.

Deadline for application is March 1st for the summer session.

Twenty four students are admitted annually.

What makes a complete PTA Program Application?

A completed application form.

Official transcripts from each college attended (or high school).

Two completed recommendations.

Thirty hours of PT volunteer/work experience.

2-page essay denoting reasons for pursuing a PTA Education.

Mid Term Grade verification form (if applicable).
